P10 started with an overall reorganization of all training systems

Training Master sheets for each store were created and updated by the stores. 

Meetings during this period focused on that the job is changing and evolving. Training will become the key component to all of this change. Key things that have been taken away from GM responsibility were highlighted while focusing on the fact that training will give them more free time.
