3116 Issues: floors, degraded insulation, size, mechanicals

Replacing just the condenser is not recommended due to freon change. They cannot guarantee the new condensor system will work efficiently with the current evaporator. Quote to replace just the condenser was ~8300.

3802 needs charging every few months, leak repair done in 2024. Evidence of rodents in the equipment area. Concluded the leak is in the top rail and cannot be repaired.

3176 structure is severely degraded

Hoods

3802 - it is rusted out and in poor mechanical condition. Functional at this time.

Grease trap

5161 - undersized after product mix changes and awus increase, lid leaks.

3176 has a small crack in the metal that is not repairable.  Labor was around 1200 to install.
